I write out of concern for Urukha. She has recently moved herself out of Piki’alo and into Winterspring to be with Pip. Pip was there to eradicate a demonic aggressor, and was left with over two dozen orphan children – she calls them ‘tuskers’ in her care.
Urukha willingly left their Tribal lodging to assist with the process of restoring the orphanage. While I understand the need to protect and provide for the helpless, it is a great burden that Pip carries, and one individual has only so much strength and energy to give.
The other evening I attempted to express my concerns, but was met with the stalwart resolution of Uru’s love for her mate. I do understand this.
