I cannot precisely calculate the amount of time that has passed since
entering this realm, but believe it to be at least two days now. Already we have
been attacked by strange creatures. Before this I had not seen this particular kind but they were as foul as everything else. Bone-creatures with flattened heads that rose up from the sand. Fortunately with our combined abilities my beloved and I were able to vanquish
the lot without significant damage to ourselves.
